What are your favourite Connery movies in which he has starred or otherwise appeared - no Bond titles for this one please.

My favourites in no order of preference:

The Anderson Tapes

The Offence

Shalako (yep I'm a fan of Westerns)

The Man Who Would Be King

Hell Drivers (an early pre Bond appearance by SC)

    I've seen Hell Drivers several times - great little film, love Stanley Baker and Patrick McGoohan in that one.

    The Name of The Rose
    The Untouchables
    The Man Who Would Be King
    Hunt for Red October
    Indiana Jones and The Last Crusade (his pairing with Ford is the best thing about the movie.)

    Marnie would hover just outside top 5. Underrated Hitchcock.

    Damn! I forgot about TMWWBK! Fantastic film! I'm going to edit my own list as I rate that above the Molly Mcguires.

    Bond aside, Sir Sean has been or starred in a lot of great films.
