Greetings! This happens to be my very first thread on this site. Anyways, which SPECTRE-ish organization from pop-culture would you consider the best? This means the big crime organizations that have desires for world domination. Examples include:

SHOCKER (Kamen Rider)
HYDRA (Marvel Comics)
THRUSH (The Man From U.N.C.L.E.)
Galaxy (Our Man Flint)
Globex Corporation (The Simpsons)
Scorpion (Lupin III)
The Syndicate (Mission Impossible: Rogue Nation)
Thanatos (O.K Connery/Operation Double OO7)
