    I don't think a sewer would be a good idea for a villain's lair, neither aesthetically nor practically.

    That would be too much like Batman Returns (Penguin's hideout).

    The only thing a sewer is good for in a Bond film is for walking rats.

    I always thought it would be cool if the villian's floor was an aquarium with stingrays in it.
