Does anyone here know anything about Automobile Tires?

I was washing my car and I noticed the front passenger tire which I just had put on brand new back in Mid-May, it has a bump on the sidewall like a tumor.

Then I'd also noticed that on the sidewall, the writings, it said this side inward so the people at the tire place put it on wrong.

So since they put the inward side of the tire outward, is that what is causing that bump on the sidewall?

Can I go back there and use the "You installed the tire wrong" and make them give me a new one at no charge?

These are Yokohama tires and they are not cheap!!

Thanks!

  • check the balance on wheels. then check the tracking. failing that check that they are properly alliagned . or check that your tyres aren't bending in...this may be something to do with your chasis so have that checked.

if this all fails blame the fitters as they have been fitted incorrectly.
