    An interesting article, but one I sense has a certain PR edge to it, coming as it does on the eve of a major Bond movie that will almost certainly leave a lot of impressionable people wondering about the answers to the questions posed.

    The question is, can anyone believe the word of an organisation that uses deception to keep secrets?

    An interesting conundrum indeed.
