Top 10 Movies Based on Stunts

Which ten movies (in order), were the best based on the stunts we saw in that film? All of the stunts in the film are to be considered, of course.

For me:

1. Moonraker (Freefall scene, easily the best stunt in the entire franchise and they had to do it seven times to successfully film the sequences they wanted. They had parachutes, obviously, but it's still an utterly amazing stunt.)

2. Licence to Kill (Water-skiing, PTS sequence, the truck stunts in the finale, etc. are all mind-blowing. It's even more amazing to consider how they did this all legitimately.)

3. Octopussy (The stuntmen in the train and plane sequences must have had phenomenal grip and balance. Plus there's the PTS Acrostar plane sequence, the tuk-tuk chase, and both car chases - the first one at the train station is really amazing. The best is easily Bond holding onto the plane while it does a 360, though.)

4. The Living Daylights (Dalton actually did some of his own stunts, like the PTS one where he holds onto the top of the Range/Land Rover and the silly one where they slide down on the cello case. But it's the one at the end where they hang off the edge of the plane's cargo net and actually fight there which amazes me the most.)

5. GoldenEye (PTS stunts were really amazing, but the rest of the movie's stunts aren't as mind-shattering as the rest on this list.)

6. The Spy Who Loved Me (Only really had the skiing in the PTS, IIRC, but that ski jump at the end of the PTS is phenomenal.)

7. Casino Royale (Parkour scene was incredible, as were the seven car rolls.)

8. For Your Eyes Only (Really nice helicopter piloting in the PTS, plus the ski scenes are incredible, especially the one with the bobsled in front and the motorcycle from behind. Then there's the cliff scene, which is another great.)

9. A View To A Kill (Amazing skiing and snowboarding in the PTS, plus the Eiffel Tower Jump, the fight scene on the Golden Gate Bridge and the Renault leaping onto the roof of the bus and later getting sliced in half twice were all real stunts.)

10. Live and Let Die (Boat jump, crocodile jump, the double-decker bus driving and the one where Bond drives the cab from the back seat. All really good stunts.)

Honorable Mentions: Skyfall, The Man With The Golden Gun, Tomorrow Never Dies, The World Is Not Enough, probably in that order. Skyfall came really close, but didn't make the cut because I only remembered the PTS stunts and the escalator sliding, which were amazing, but I couldn't remember any other impressive stunts in the rest of the movie? Live and Let Die had more of those really impressive stunts, if you know what I mean.
