Best movies to introduce a newbie to the Bond franchise

I'm meeting with a friend later tonight who is interested in my fascination with Bond. We're going to watch a movie together to get him introduced to the series. I know I have my favorites, and some films are enjoyed more by Bond fans than regular folks, so I was wondering if any of you had suggestions for a great first time viewing experience watching Bond?

For a modern film, I'd go with Casino Royale. If it's something
A little older, then I'd go with Goldfinger, the one that set the
Formula for the following films. :)

I think there are 5 key films for a newbe.

    1. Dr No -for being the first film and the one which introduced the famous Phrase Bond, James Bond
2.Goldfinger for being the one which changed the game in the whole Bond universe by giving us the first Bond girl witn a suggestive name and introducing The Bond car ( the Aston Martin dB5).
    5. The Spy who loved me for being the most succesful film in the Roger Moore and showing newbes how drastically the franchise changed for some time and letting them know that for a period the Bond flicks were family comedy/adventures.
    3. Goldeneye for Being the first film the film post cold war and reviving the franchise.
    4. Casino Royale for being the first Novel Ian Fleming wrote.
