I am trying to find out more about Gioielli Del "L'Eroica" 4, the poem book inside of Vesper's bag at the end of CR.

That's the collection's name. The author is Vittorio Locchi (https://it.wikipedia.org/wiki/Vittorio_Locchi) who died very young...

Vesper's belongings and other various props were showcased at an OMEGA Watch Exhibition to get publicity for the film.

Vittorio Locchi... I wonder if he's somehow related to Pino Locchi, who voiced Bond in the first 15 movies in Italy. That'd be a funny coincidence.
