For Your Eyes Only adapted as a novel ?

During the 1970s, I've read in a reference book (a library catalogue that recensed the titles of all the books pulished in the United Kingdom in a given year) that the five short stories from FYEO had been adapted as a novel y somebody whose name escapes me.

Unfortunately, my Google Fu has let me down, and I've been unale to find any trace of that book anywhere. Did someody here read it ? And how was the author able to mix those five very different stories in a coherent whole ? This inquiring mind wants to know.

    Well, that's interesting, I had never heard about such a thing. Could it be false?
