At the end of Skyfall, just when we thought that the bond movies were going to return to its roots, we get another depressed bond vendetta story. No more sunny beaches, lighter tone. It is all depressed and dark now. I miss the Connery movies, when 007 was one step ahead and the villains were not smarter than bond.
