Octopussy 83 game cancelled
I've always found some similarities between the movie and a ZX Spectrum game STOP THE EXPRESS released the same year. http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Stop_the_Express
Perhaps, this is the real reason of cancellation? Or the game STOP THE EXPRESS was developed on the base of the cancelled Octopussy game?
