Skyfall was the beginning of it all

I believe that Skyfall marked the beginning of Craig's Bond......neither reference to CS or QoS was made....so Sam Mendes must have deliberately wanted to create his own Bond series.

In any case, I don't think we should expect SPECTRE (2015) to look at SPECTRE like it's been around for a while......it will be a first for Daniel Craig's James Bond to come across this organization.

That's the strange thing about these new Bond movies, they are always going back and forth.....so I personally would like to see some continuity beginning to emerge. I'm positive the Spectre we will see in 2015, will have a totally different feel to it, might be led by a woman. It could work like in TWINE, but instead of Bond protecting an apparently innocent woman (Electra) from the claws of the evil terrorist (Renard) this time round he is misleadingly protecting his long lost friend and father figure (Oberhauser) from Lucia Bellucis character. Just a thought.

And that bullet-hole in the poster, it reminds me of OHMSS. Lea's character will definitely be some sort of damsel in distress like Tracy.....I can vouch for that.

    Not True. Skyfall mentions both Casino Royale and Quantum of Solace in very subtle ways. (Stop touching your ear, and We still have a few friends left in the CIA.) Very subtle references that aren't in your face. Craig's films have been very continuity conscience without being hamfisted or thrown in your face.
