    Dragonsky is today's winner. Milton Krest is the correct answer.

    Bond set up Krest by planting Sanchez's missing money in the decompression chamber on the WaveKrest.

    2. You'll need to do some research to figure out this character.

    Research being the key word. Krest claimed he was in the research business when Bond was doing his investigation.

    3. Not that it mattered in the end, but I wish someone else had drove.

    Pam, posing as the harbor pilot, crashes the WaveKrest into the peer.


    Just for fun, here were the next few clues.
