  • That's what I'm hoping. I'm new to the choosing route. All my teams have been influenced by location/family history, choosing a team seems unnatural and odd. I feel like I need a good reason to justify my choice.

  • My money is that it will be the segue into Adelle singing. Maybe a video with a montage of all the Bonds and a mix of music with Skyfall being at the end, then they cut to her on stage, maybe they continue the clips. I don't know, I have a feeling t…

  • @coolbyrne I appreciate the information. I used to get Fox Soccer Net and was able to see much more games, but unfortunately I can't swing the price for the package at the moment. Last season I identified with Liverpool due to John Henry showing th…
  • Oh well, I liked the simplicity of that cover. I didn't care for the Carte Blanche smoke cover, I'm not a minimalist, so I think DMC may be an opinion of taste. The simple covers don't always work, DMC just stood out for me.

  • Ah, there's a football thread on here? Nice. I just started following EPL and the Champions League last season, but don't have many people to talk about it with aside from a guy I work with who is from England. It's hard for me to catch games on …

  • I really liked the first three Bournes too. It's not really a rumor but I remember Sean Puffy Comb saying he wanted to be the next James Bond, or the world's ready for a black Bond, something to that effect.

  • I've seen GE to SF in theater with the exception of DAD, I don't remember any reason why I skipped that one, I guess I was just busy at the time or something. I always go opening night, besides that nothing special. Though after my second viewing…
  • Wow, that's a lot to read in a short amount of time. I used to be a slow paced reader, but since pretty much all I do now is read and write stories for school and personal projects I quickened on both accounts in a little little over a years time. I…

  • I'm not disputing the fact that gadgets have their place in the series, I was talking about my personal preference, and why I didn't mind the lack of gadgets in Skyfall. My favorite Bond tend to be the more Flemingesque Bonds. Though like I said the…
  • I'm more of the mindset that the story and characters should be more memorable than the gadgets, so I didn't mind not having anything elaborate. That said I'm sure that they'll dig up some prototype that featured on Future Weapons to put in the next…
  • I liked the exploding pen bit. I didn't mind them easing back into gadgets. Bond24 will undoubtedly feature more complex gadgets, and we've just been two outings with out them. I think it'd be odd to go from nothing to a laser watch. But I also d…
