  • Hair grows roughly a half an inch a month. his hair was fairly short in the last entry ; I suspect this film will take place at least a year later, if not more.
  • If Nolan wants ATJ for Bond, keep him as far away from the franchise, a “ Prisoner “ if need be…so to speak
  • Minimally, I would love for him to shoot the screentests
  • I want the right director for the right film , not a prestige pick . Now, I’m not saying that Villeneuve would simply be a prestige pick; it all depends what they want to do with the next Bond.
  • As script is crucial, but a lot of heavy lifting is done before it gets to that stage. Settling on a story has to be an intense process, not to mention the entire tone and direction this incarnation of Bond will have.

  • @peter , IF Villeneuve left the television project because of this “ secret project “, which may be Bond26, does that indicate the the are close to having an acceptable script? I can see him exiting a project for something else that isn’t fairly we…

  • Seems reasonable. That said I think that James, particularly with the right direction, would make an outstanding Bond. I’m throughly enjoying his performance in The Gentlemen.

  • I still think that they will steer clear of someone who is similar to Craig. In the end it will be interesting to see who is chosen. whoever it is will not be a complete unknown; most of us here will have some awareness of who they are. . James B…

  • Watching The Gentleman, damn, Theo James would be an outstanding choice, and age a non issue. With that, for a number of reasons, Leo Suter remains my to choice. Much has been made about the proclamations that Bond needs a reinvention; well t…

  • The danger of comparing any successor to Craig is that a completely different type of actor may be chosen. He may be an incredible actor but in a different way.
  • Down the line, absolutely, but I really don’t want another ballad just yet. I want the new bond to start with more energy.
  • Enterprise is very underrated; I think it may have been poorly timed ; under the guidance of the late Manny Coto it really hit its stride. Unfortunately it was too late.
