  • Hoult is not universally connected to the X-Men franchise; not like Harrison Ford was associated wit Star Wars and Indiana Jones when he was cast as Jack Ryan . I don’t see Hoult as having any franchise baggage.
  • Good voice. This is a pretty upbeat bit but I think he has a good range and can go deeper when needed.

  • Changing how Berry played Jinx alone would have greatly improved the film . Sexy, smart and sophisticated rather than street. She was a great choice for the role, but the wrong characterization. And ditch the tidal wave... 😁
  • If you look at photos from over the past 5 years or so, he is really growing into his looks; with 4 or 5 more years he will be 35ish and have the combination of youth and maturity needed for a new 007.
