What I don't understand is how production is supposed to head to Italy in early April if they intended to based at Pinewood for a month before going on location. I wouldn't be surprised if there is already some second unit footage in the can.

FYI, Burns is said to be spending four weeks on the screenplay, which could very well be an indicator of when principle photography is scheduled to begin. Early April is a safe bet at this point.
