  • @Regan: Welcome to the boards! I don't post as much as the other girls but I check the forum everyday. :) I love the Bond OPI colors too. I only have 3 of them but I want to buy more. I live in the US so I was lucky enough to get them for about $…
  • I've never seen the show but I loved the movie. I saw it in the theater when it first came out and became obsessed with it. I even had all the action figures... I should probably give the show a watch, I just haven't gotten around to it.
  • Tony does reference Bond a LOT though. Even when he was dying of the plague. :)) Anyways, I LOVE NCIS. It's one of the only shows I watch anymore. My fave characters are Tony and Ziva (though it's hard not to love everyone on that show)
  • They appear to be a lovely shade of brown. :)
  • I have to agree with everyone else and say no... Considering Fiennes is notorious for playing villains, they wouldn't do something like that anyway. Most people were probably more shocked that he turned out to be a good guy. :))
  • Yes, very nice! I love the silencer. My uncle has a real PPK (I live in the US), but what's weird is apparently it was a piece of junk, and constantly needed to get repaired. He definitely took care of it, so it must've been a lemon or something.…

  • @JamesBond: Let me rephrase- I'm not saying Bateson can't act, I'm just saying that a studio wouldn't risk hiring someone who's relatively unknown, except to hardcore Hitman fans (and face it, we'd see the movie regardless). I just don't see it happ…
  • How about a bathtub scene? We haven't seen one of those in a while, have we?
  • I was watching the Bond marathon on Syfy and I noticed two more things that are probably coincidences, but I'm going to mention them anyway. Everyone has tied the scorpion to DAF, but there were also scorpions in the DAD opening titles (I'm sure ev…
  • I'm a huge Hitman fan, and I love Bateson's voice, but he is not an actor, he is a voice actor. Putting him in the title role would be a very silly move. (I thought Olyphant didn't fit the role either, but I accepted it because well, he's eye candy…
  • Could playing a French song be a way of mocking Severine as well? He knew he was going to kill her there. (I know Severine's character is supposed to be Asian, but her name is still French and she still has the accent, so she still might be partly o…
  • My hobbies are surprisingly girly. My favorite hobby is baking, but I also like to sew. I like to draw as well (I'm an art major but I haven't done much with it yet)
  • If James Bond never failed to protect anyone under his care, then the series would have ended in 1969.
  • Amazing photos! Thanks for posting them! I love how the awesome shot of Craig firing his gun is number 007. ;)
  • I think I'm going to say License to Kill. It's a great action movie. I had some friends who'd never seen a Bond film in their life and they watched that one first and liked it a lot. For the thriller/drama genre, I'd have to go with Casino Royale.
  • So I found out that my dad saw Skyfall today. He's been a fan since the 60's and has seen every movie and read all the books. So I asked him, "What did you think about Skyfall??" His response was, "I didn't like the bad guy's hair." @-) Turned …
  • I just wore my 007 t-shirt. I would've done something more fun, but I didn't go to the premiere, I went the day after. I did paint a union jack with nailpolish on one of my thumbs, though. XD
  • @DRush76: I agree with you in a way... Naomi Harris hyped up her role to be a strong character, etc., and it turns out that her character just decided to quit due to her own incompetence?? That's just kind of insulting... even Goodnight or Rosie di…
  • I'm an American and I saw it Friday afternoon (took the day off work!!). Overall I loved it. My only big gripe was the Eve-is-Moneypenny thing, but they hinted at it from the beginning so I was expecting it. As for the other "spoilers" that I knew …
  • Wasn't there a scene in TMWTGG where someone shoots a mirror reflection?
  • Master_Dahark wrote: Did the set up for the final battle remind anyone else of Home Alone? =)) I actually thought of Nightmare on Elm Street. :)) As for the Bond/Eve thing, there was the line about the "extra set of hands" and then she…
  • I saw it yesterday afternoon, and since then I've been debating whether or not it's better than Casino Royale. It's difficult to decide, but I'm going to go with yes, Skyfall is the best out of Craig's three. I came to this decision because Bond wa…
  • So I managed to completely avoid this song until I watched the film, which looking back now means I probably live under a rock. Anyways, the beat of the song was okay, but the lyrics of the chorus were horrible. "We will stand tall"? Is there any m…
  • Those are so awesome, but unfortunately I have no makeup skills whatsoever. I did pick up some of the Bond-themed OPI nailpolish though. Haven't tried them out yet.
  • MajorDSmythe wrote: The original 1976 Omen, yes. I have not seen the remake, and I am not going to go out of my way to do so. I highly recommend the original film. Good to see another fan of the movie! It's one of my favorites, and I kind o…
  • @Brady: Psycho and Halloween are two of my favorite movies of all time. I could just watch them over, and over. As for horror/thrillers, I also really love Texas Chainsaw Massacre and The Omen (originals of course, no remakes). Texas Chainsaw is…
