I'm convinced we'll get the film sooner or later. Season 8's ending CAN'T be the real end and I don't think the cast and crew will let it be the ending. Let's hope for the best

Bond needed to foil LeChiffree's plan to blow up Skyfleet so he could then set up the poker game. I see it as the most nessasary action in the film

That stinks. The only reason I was content with how Season 8 ended is because I thought we were getting a movie to tie up loose ends!

Even though they are clearly unhappy with Mendes not coming back, it's good to see them in good spirits about it. There are clearly no hard feelings between the three so hopefully Mendes will truly be back one day

Thanks @Tuulia. I'll have to check out some of his films. Well it seems for the last two films we've had "interesting" directors and one turned out well and one turned out bad so it'll be interesting to see what EON is thinking

Witt is defiantly the best 2nd Unit action director in the business today. Of course his directing debut was less than stellar (one of the Resident Evil movies). But as of right now I don't see EON promoting from within. At least not for this film
