  • Doh ! How did I miss that ? Speaking of Predator - I very much enjoyed the one in which the Native lady in the land later known as America fought the Predator (Prey, 2022). Really, that idea could be extended. Those Predators could have visited at …

  • Nay. I call for a Bond who's so damaged that he's suicidal. Everything he does is calculated to destroy the villain and their plan AND to obliterate Bond, too, but, by a series of unforeseen and unlikely events and surprises, Bond survives. So, by t…

  • Where might Bond go ? Literally ? That is, which location ? Doha As reported in an article on website : Reel re: financing for a Broccoli/Craig production of Othello. August 19, 2024 article
  • I think we're going to see a new actor in each role. Of course, I've also said we should have Bond die in each film coming up, with new actors each time, until it gets to the point of being a surprise if he survives. This way, many more actors get t…

  • Right. Sounds like nonsense...high-pitched nonsense
  • This issue is broad. Teachers observe - for elementary school-age children, not just teenagers - a lack of ability to focus, to complete a sentence, a lack of care about paying attention...ugh

  • I enjoyed it when it came out but was disappointed with it in several ways. For one - despite being set (and filmed) in terrific locations, the film looks, at times, bleached out, plain and not as glamorous as its locations. Never in any other film …

  • Mostly, yet not entirely in agreement, so I'll keep it brief: Why TMWTGG is Moore's best bond: <-- Nay, TSWLM, which saved the series He looks amazing in it. <-- Yup, except for much of the wardrobe It has a kickarse song. <-- Nay. …

  • Draco and his colleagues may be more numerous, better equipped and capable, but Kerim Bey is so FUN !
  • I was thinking of a straightforward opening. Perhaps in the canteen at MI6, with Bond stepping forward to introduce himself. Since new Bonds now routinely get trashed for months and months, he could start by saying, "I tell ya, I get no respect !"
  • mtm wrote: » I always thought it would make quite a fun short story: follow Bond in his life at MI6 for a bit, really go overboard on all the scrambled eggs, hot/cold shower, three rings cigarettes, black comma of hair stuff, but have Bond suspect…
  • Considring that which occurred in the ending of NTTD I cannot figure HOW to bring back anyone who was in the earlier crew. The days of just continuing with an actor playing a new or the same role, but with a new Bond, I think, are done.
  • I am pretty sure I am not the first to throw this out there, but I'll do so at the risk of repetition -- How about a Paloma film while we wait on another Bond film ? Of course, "her" Bond was killed (or was he ?) and she really would not seemlessly…
