  • Will be very surprised it this isn't one of the best films of the year, I know one thing this will put any Hollywood action film to shame in the last decade just on pure adrenaline. Can't wait till April.
  • I actually think and I'm not an Adele fan by a long stretch but Skyfall wasn't one of her finest moments, it's great on the credits but without it, it's pretty nondescript. She's done much better before, SF was a bit of a letdown. It's been ages …

  • Who cares? This film is full of so much breezy charm and is paced to perfection with superb performance from everyone that I couldn't give a stuff if it has plot holes. So many blockbuster now can only aspire to be this good.

  • The Raid 2 will most will make the majority of summer blockbusters look pale in comparison, this will show the world how sequels should be done instead of pale retreads. I think the Die Hard Franchise is about to look pretty poor in comparison on…
  • Nope, still no. 2 but I'm not expecting a Bond film to make water tight sense. Yes it does have plot has holes as do all Bond films but SF's dialogue was of a higher quality than most of the series. I think it will be highly regarded within the …
  • Not impressed with ep 1, got 20 mins into. Ep 2 and so bored, deleted it off my sky box. I've got much better uses of my time than watching this substand dross.
  • Seeing how Machiavellian Spacey is in House of Cards I would be most intrigued to see him play a Bond villain. I know he's a big name but when he's on form he's dynamite, I think it's a possibility after Bardem an Oscar winning actor having been …
  • I've never taken from Skyfall that they rebooted again, to me it's still the same Bond from CR & QOS, they just wanted a break from the storyline of those films to do a special 50th anniversary film. They knew they couldn't drop the ball on t…
  • I watched all 3 of Craig's films fairly recently and yes it fall short of CR & SF and yes a certain frustration of what might have been being the first proper sequel especially to CR. Though I Iove the PTS, Bond and M's interaction with Mr Wh…

  • Finally a date for the UK, April 11th, can't wait this looks epic. I thought the first film was as good as Die Hard but unlike DH 2 Berandel looks to be doing a Dark Knight and developing things and taking into a totally new epic direction.
  • Season 2 of House of Cards done and dusted, another great season but I always knew where this was going, anyone who knows the BBC original will have a good idea. While it has struck out on it's own and bought things up to date it still has parallel'…
  • Me too, summer just lets me down and has for many years, yes there is some gold in there every now and then but as someone who's had enough of comic book films ( I will probably bother with X-men though), this time of year is getting less and less a…
  • Sean Bobbitt, he seems to becoming one of the most sort after cinematographers out there at the moment. His work with Steve McQueen is extraordinary, I finally got round to watching my Criterion Blu ray of his astonishing debut Hunger. It was th…
  • From the trailer Godzilla does indeed look impressive and hopefully it will be all that disappointing pile tosh that was Pacific Rim wasn't.

  • The fact Lupita lost out to Lawrence was a real injustice, don't get me wrong she steals every scene she is in American Hustle but O'Russell's Scorcesse cover version is a harmless little fluff piece with some great performances in comparison to Mc…
  • It's a good job the young guard took over to be honest, people just want to forget the crimes Cubby committed and throw brick bats at Broccoli junior. The series needed a change of gear for it to survive, Craig's era was probably the biggest change…
