  • Seems a waste to have these directors with a P+W script, though.
  • 0.50 "I wanted to address the story very much in the language of suspense. That's the most visual language of film there is, and so it lends you towards an approach stripped down on dialogue." Nolan is talking about Dunkirk of course, but does th…

  • I think its worth bringing Mendes back just to prove the "Fifth Craig film will be a surefure hit" hypothesis has some flaws to it. We could have left well enough alone and Craig would have gone down as a good Bond. But 4 films in 10 years wasn't go…
  • No Bond actor has ever suited an individual Bond film more than George in OHMSS.

  • Hats off to those still holding out hope for a fresh start. I'm already expecting the worst on this one. Bringing back Craig this late might sound strange, but to be quite honest I think they are desperate. Micheal can't really do it anymore, Babs s…

  • Kinda goes a way to proving the theory about shorter run times becoming more prevalent. The next stage of modern cinema is "less dialogue". Just look at Mad Max and Dunkirk. Its all about focusing on essentials, and burning away the extraneous.
