Quite an exciting back and forth it ended up being between QOS and SF. I suspected QOS was going to win, though, so I’m a little surprised, as it seemed to get more praise while SF got more complaints on our site.

I wish I could help. I’ve also had music disappear in the past and was never able to find it. Years ago I just started buying physical albums then download the CDs onto iTunes to guarantee having the music stay.
