  • An independent investigation that concluded there was NO EVIDENCE of collusion between Trump and the Kremlin to influence the election. But yes, because some clown on a movie message board believes the evidence is "out there in plain sight," we'v…

  • I still love DR and FRWL (my favorite Bond film) and can watch them any time, but I've never been amazed by the other three (yes, even GF). To be honest, I would much rather spend time with Moore's films.

  • @4EverBonded Oh, okay. I thought you were hinting at your admiration for two utterly loathsome politicians and assumed you had lost your mind. Carry on.

  • ONCE UPON A SPY sounds like ONCE UPON A CRIME, which was an unwatchable John Candy/Cybill Shepherd comedy. I find it annoyingly twee. There are so many better titles they could use.
  • How about one of Fleming's proposed titles for Moonraker: WIDE OF THE MARK That sounds about right for this project.

  • I think Cavill has gotten better as an actor over the past few years. EON will never hire him, though -- he's too associated with other franchises (Superman, Mission Impossible).
  • GANGS OF NEW YORK was a flop, didn't get great reviews, and, frankly, it sucks.

  • I've never really been sold on Burns's amazing abilities as a writer. If you've read about the making of CONTAGION, you already know that Soderbergh had to remove around 45 minutes of footage from his initial cut because the story simply wasn't work…

  • I thought Renee Zellweger was dreadful in COLD MOUNTAIN -- possibly her worst performance -- and found Sean Penn hammy and embarrassing in MYSTIC RIVER.
  • Although France's script has structural problems, the skeleton of what became GOLDENEYE (the film) was already there in that first draft, particularly in the conflict between Bond and Trevelyan. I'm not in love with France's handling of the actio…
