  • I've turned the whole list into an IMDb list with some added names: https://www.imdb.com/list/ls080946342/
  • It's definitely between Sam Claflin and Callum Turner for me :)
  • I think everything is up in the air. Affleck, Pattinson, Keaton. As much as I am more of a fan of this new route with Matt Reeves, I do think all of this will hinge on success of each property. If the Snyder Cut is successful, maybe they'll get Affl…

  • EON’s work with No Time to Die is not done. Bond 26 will not be worked on for a while.
  • If I was to look at it in the way @Pierce2Daniel was looking at it, if it was to my dream choice for the whole project then I would want Denis Villeneuve to direct, with Greig Fraser or a returning Roger Deakins for cinematography, and this would be…
  • I’d be interested to hear why you think Barbara is done? Especially with Gregg Wilson becoming more and more heavily involved in the films. I think it’s more likely that they’d want to keep it in the family and hand the films down like was done befo…

  • I struggle to imagine it as I’m not familiar with him as an actor, but he’s certainly got the time to prove himself.
  • Yeah I think Disney, and most other studios, unless truly independent, would Hollywood-ise it, to the point where it becomes a cardboard cutout of James Bond, rather than a proper representation of who the character is fundamentally and the many way…
  • Also, realistically, why would EON get rid of their biggest property? They’re not exactly flooding in other successful projects. And I have to disagree with you there @GadgetMan, none of these aspects guarantee success. A more frequent film could…
  • I don’t think that’s gonna happen. It’ll remain a family led franchise, and should, as they’ll treat it with the most respect.

  • I don’t think anyone championing the concept of a younger actor or an actor of colour are that beyond reason... ...also I’m sure EON are very aware of general audience perception, and it’s important they take it into account, and whether we like …
  • Here you go @talos7 1. Sam Claflin 2. Callum Turner 3. Aaron Taylor-Johnson 4. Sean Teale 5. Ben Aldridge
  • It’s better to be safe than sorry.
  • @mtm I suppose but considering they were going back to the source material, they probably knew they had fans in the bag haha :)

  • Just take out the moustache...
  • Chalamet is a future Bond villain I’d be intrigued by, but he’s not 007.
  • But there are so many elements about it that are worth the anticipation. The director for one. Even if you’re not fan of his Planet of the Apes, his direction and style definitely fits the character. Greig Fraser doing the cinematography, and I pers…

  • I’m most looking forward to The Batman. Everything about that film just appeals to me, and the fact that we might be getting a trilogy... I can’t wait.

  • The film will come out when it comes out. I’ll be there either way :)
  • @mtm I recommend The Riot Club, Journey’s End and the fifth season of Peaky Blinders. I think he could definitely nail the duality of Bond. The man who can charm you and then kill you in the same breathe.
