  • I would like to know whether Fukanaga has read the Fleming books or at least some of them.
  • I like how it has a grittier, more realistic and less stylized approach to it. When I look at this poster I think of the beginning of the Goldfinger novel when Bond is in a back alley if I remember correctly and had to kill a Mexican. If they co…
  • As much as I love Craig, I must say he is looking pretty old now. Most will probably disagree but I wouldn’t be against a bit of de aging technology like they did with De Niro in The Irishman if they chose to do this which they won’t. Simple but…

  • Incase it hasn’t already been mentioned, I just heard on the radio that Craig and Malek shared a big kiss because they finally nailed a difficult scene together. Malek made a comment like “does this make me a Bond girl now?” :)

  • Yeah, having Queen do it would be a cool connection. I'm up for Sting too presuming there is any truth to this. Great artists.

  • Yes, Spectre definitely also should have had more dialogue to aid in plot development. Yes, the problem in the Craig and Brosnan era, although certainly to a lesser extent in the Craig era, thank god, is that it seemed like everyone were comedian…

  • I would never describe the literary Bond as talkative but he’s certainly more talkative than Craig’s Bond. That scene above from CR is a rare example of him speaking more but it’s just too bad that I found most of the dialogue in that scene cheesy.
  • Tuck91 wrote: » I was always very interested to meet you, I’ve heard so much about you from vesper. I’d still like to know what vesper told white. Yeah, me too. This would be considered too much talking for Bond these days.

  • Yeah, never ending garbage celebrity gossip. It's just that the DJ's are funny and witty. :)
  • My god, they were just talking on the radio about how Daniel Craig will most likely be replaced by a female for the role of 007 for the future films. It never ends...

  • That blue jacket Craig is wearing in Italy is quite possibly the ugliest jacket I have ever seen. What the hell are they thinking? I would have had Craig dressed in the same digs Dalton was in, in The Living Daylights, when he tailed Whittaker to …
  • I was just thinking about the marriage thing again. The main reason I don't want Bond to marry Madeline is because the character movement between these two in Spectre was at an absolute minimum. So, unless there is some really solid character work …

  • In terms of aesthetics, as long as NTTD isn’t in 3D, I’ll be happy. I must say, I’m not digging Bond’s outfits in Italy at all. Great that they're infusing the film with some culture. This is part of what Bond is about, especially the Fleming…
  • Don’t like to get my hopes up but maybe there will actually be some character movement instead of just explosions. :) If it’s corduroy, this is wrong for James Bond.

  • Where does the burgundy come into it though?
  • Wouldn’t mind having a replica of my own. I prefer the vantage though.
