If it's to do with coins I suppose perhaps the coins in FRWL and EON might have the Queen's head (no idea if that's true), while the coin that Bond flips at the beginning of OHiMSS is a new one with the King's head? So the last one's the odd one out.

MR. Both novels have had elements of them adapted throughout a number of recent Bond films though. Still, with a good bit of tinkering MR could be adapted.
