    Ed Killifer

    Clues:

    1. I get mad.

    Killifer gets mad (or at least pretends to) when Sanchez offers him two million dollars.

    2. I give someone an order.

    “Over by the trap door, old buddy!”

    3. Surprise!

    It’s a surprise that Killifer helps Sanchez escape. Leiter is also surprised when he realizes Killifer is in league with Sanchez.

    4. I hit James Bond.

    When Killifer meets Bond, he hits him in the shoulder. Bond is visibly annoyed.

    5. Other characters talk about me.

    Krest and Sanchez talk about Killifer.

    6. Cards.

    While waiting for the submarine, Killifer plays with some cards.

    7. I have to make a delivery.

    Killifer has to deliver Sanchez to Quantico, Virginia.

    8. I open something.

    Killifer opens the trap door.

    9. I’m waiting for something.

    Killifer is waiting for the submarine.

    10. In the nick of time.

    Sharkey rescues Bond from Killifer at the last minute.

    11. Someone’s been plotting against me.

    Krest tells Sanchez he wants to deep-six Killifer.

    12. I don’t like this place.

    “Can’t wait. This dump gives me the creeps.”

    13. I help someone.

    Killifer helps Sanchez escape.

    14. I press a button.

    Killifer presses a button to open the trap door.

    15. Sorry, but I don’t have time.

    Killifer turns down Leiter’s invitation for a drink because he has to take Sanchez to Quantico.

    16. I’m one of the bad guys.

    Killifer is evil.

    Killifer knows Bond, Leiter, Della, Sanchez, Dario, and Krest.

    18. James Bond punches me.

    Bond punches Killifer after Sharkey knocks him off balance.
