  You need to upload them into a photo-sharing app like picasa or flickr for example. Then you use the link to the photo provided. Hope this helped!

  EDIT: Knew I could find it. It's an old one but there is a photo of me already on the internet that I'd forgotten about. It's not mine, it's from some random article when a roadside bomb went of and hit our convoy back when I was in Iraq. It's afew years old though and I have grown a beard since then (I'm the black guy at the front, on the 1st pic).
