Here's a REAL hard one- ONE favourite movie and ONE TV series from each decade.

And favourite as in most watched- a 'go-to' movie or series. Not necessarily a quality judgement. Mine actually surprised me.

60's- Dr. No/Star Trek
70's- Superman: The Movie/Battlestar Galactica
80's- Blade Runner/Airwolf
90's- Terminator 2/Buffy The Vampire Slayer
00's- Iron Man/Firefly
10's- Wonder Woman/Eureka

No cheating! ONE each! ;)

A little unsure of the '10s. Slim pickings.

At least we each have a Bond film in there somewhere!

And I had an 80s battle between DH vs Raging Bull-- but I succumbed to this: I watch DH for escapism (fun), and RB, (probably my favorite film from the 80s), is anything but fun. But it is beautiful.

Another fight I had was in the 00s for the same reason: Sopranos was my favorite show, but it depressed the hell out of me where--

Dexter's stories were twisted and dark but didn't leave me feeling like I was Gandolfini's wheezing, uncomfortable and heavy breaths.

This is a great thread and really had me stumped.

Both R&H and QL span the end of one decade and the start of another, so I'm cheating a bit.

@TripAces, Get Smart is my all-time favourite (obviously).

    Nikita

Interesting! I started watching when it was first on, then decided to just buy it when it came out on DVD, and never got to it. I think I need to fix that asap!
