This one is turning out to be quite the challenge. How about Sharon from FYEO?

Edit -The more I think about it, the more I like this guess. There's still a few I can't connect though.

Well, well, well @pachazo. Quite the challenge you say? Well, obviously not challenging enough for yourself as, yes, it is Sharon from For Your Eyes Only. Well done to you, the floor is yours.

Quite impressed that it went this long, the other times I have tried this, they haven’t gone very far.

    Answers to clues below. Cheers.

    EON movie, named, speaking character.

    1. Connery was my leading man.
The actress who played Sharon, Maureen Bennett, starred with Jason Connery in a number of episodes from the British tv series, Robin of Sherwood.

    2. Here’s what you need.
Sharon is seen handing a document to Q.

    3. I have the look but I am no angel.
A bit of a stretch, so my apologies, but Sharon’s’ hair always gives me the impression of a Charlie’s Angels look.

    4. I look happy when I’m given back what was needed in clue 2.
When Q gives Sharon the document back, she smiles.

    5. Let’s swap that.
When Sharon takes Bond and Q a cuppa, she swaps the empty mug for the full mug.

    6. In that case, I’m off.
Q tells Sharon that she can go and he will lock up, to which she replies “Ok”.

    7. The others were grateful for what I did.
Both Bond and Q say “Thank you” when she brings them their cuppas.

    8. I ignore Bond’s quip.
“Stinging in the rain” – Sharon keeps looking ahead at her screen, no reaction, when Bond says this.

    9. I don’t see what is going on behind me.
The umbrella test is going on behind Sharon, who doesn’t turn around, therefore not seeing it.

    10. Soon, I will be surrounded by villains.
Maureen Bennett went on to make an appearance in The Jigsaw Man (1983) which also starred Charles Gray, Vladek Sheybal and Anthony Dawson – who all played villains in Bond movies.

    11. Ok
This is the only word she says, after Q tells her he will lock up.

    12. Looks like plenty of the others and I use part of the same wardrobe.
Most of the background characters are wearing white lab coats, just like Our Shazza

    13. I look like a redhead at one point, but I am not.
When she enters the identigraph room, the light turns everything a hue of red.

    14. I appear in just one Bond movie.
    Speaks for itself.

    15. Four times I was the other half.
Maureen Bennett played Val Lewis, wife of Inspector Lewis in the TV Drama, Inspector Morse.

    16. Looks like I know it better than my boss.
When Sharon enters the identigraph room, she obviously knows the code to open the door. When her boss, Q, did the same, Bond had to finish the code for him.

    17. I don’t see it but superstitions can come true.
According to superstition, bad luck will "rain" on you if you open an umbrella indoors and this certainly comes true for the mannequin that is being tested on, behind Sharon. Sharon doesn’t see it, as she is facing her computer.

    18. Initially, my boss doesn’t say a word to me.
When we first see Sharon, Q (her boos) walks over to her takes the paper she passes him and then walks away without saying a word. He does speak to her when using the idenigraph.

    19. Plain
An odd clue, but the Hebrew meaning of the name Sharon is “Plain”

    20. I am the only one standing at one point…
When she is passing Bond and Q coffee, she is stood, while they are both sat down.

    21. …and I probably don’t need to wear what I’m wearing to carry out this task.
Even though she wears a lab coat in her job, it isn’t really fit for purpose when serving coffee.

    22. When you first see me I’m sitting down.
    Self-explanatory.

    23. While I ignore Bond’s quip (clue 8), my boss does not.
As is usual, Q never fails to ignore any smart remark from 007 and he does the same here.

    24. I receive a credit on IMDb but don’t receive an on screen credit.
    Again, self-explanatory.

    25. M was once a colleague of mine.
Maureen Bennet appeared as a maid in the movie, A Handful Of Dust, a movie that also starred M actress Judi Dench, therefore making them colleagues on that movie.

    26. While I do speak, I only say one word during my appearance.
When Sharon is told she can go, she says her only word of the movie, “Ok”.

Wow, impressive clues there @Shark_0f_Largo ! And yes it was quite challenging. That first clue threw everyone off at the beginning. Very sneaky of you.

I had actually thought of Sharon earlier but just couldn't make it all fit. After the last few clues I was pretty confident. Again, great job. I'll start preparing for the next round.

Thank you kindly @Birdleson. Sharon is a character I have wanted to play if i was to ever get the chance. Didn’t expect it to go as long as it did. Every credit to @pachazo for guessing correctly. As for clue #1, Maureen Bennett played Alison of Wickham in a few episodes of the show.

Are you ready for another Eon character?

    1) I am part of a group.
    2) We are all after the same thing.
    3) In the beginning, I was enthusiastic and focused.
    4) My refusal to stay silent ruffled a few feathers.
    5) I've got this!
