Taking this idea from another thread (Has Craig's 007 Become Too Fashionable).

If the forum was a University, and each one of us must teach a class, who would do what?

@0BradyM0Bondfanatic7 - SEAN 101 - Worshipping Sean Connery and his suits

@Dragonpol - GARD 81 - The history of the John Gardner Bond series

@Creasy47 - FEML 69 - The art of the Bond girls, with a particular focus on boobs and butts

@Thunderfinger - WRLDDOM - How to take over the world and be a successful supervillain

@BondJasonBond006 - COOL777 - How to stay calm and deal with stressful situations (with a pinch of luck).

@PropertyOfALady - Q-BRANCH - Classes on the history of Bond cars and instructions on how to turn your car into one.

Thanks for @0BradyM0Bondfanatic7 and @Andi1996Ruegg for the idea. Have a great time guys.

Some fresh courses to announce for the upcoming second term of 2018 for all present or upcoming students of James Bond University. Sign up now, they are filling up as we speak!

Gadgetry Workshop & Instructional Crafting (GAD 101)- Professors @Murdock, @chrisisall and @QBranch will work with students in the massive hangar workshop at James Bond University with groups of students who shall learn how to create real life working props of some of Bond's most famous gadgets. Students will begin by studying the mechanics of each gadget and how they perform their various functions, after which time the instructors will guide them in various workshopping groups as they attempt to recreate the tools under Bond's belt.

Once each group of students realize their creation, grading will be performed through field testing in the university's recreation courtyard as each gadget is put through its paces and the students are given a performance letter based upon their gadget's resemblance to the original screen version, its accuracy of function and its reliability.

Pre-requisite course/s: Students do not require any past experience to take GAD 101, but the instructors have suggested that a history of minor or major mechanic or engineering work is recommended.

Bod Like Bond (PE 007)- Have you ever wanted to have a body like James Bond? If so, Professor @Andi1996Ruegg will take students on a journey of fitness to help them realize this goal. Andi will begin the course by instructing students about the body and what foods and exercises attain a more healthy and stable core, as well as what kinds of behaviors are unhealthy and stunting to bodily performance. The course has been limited to 20 students so that Andi can personally work with each individual to customize an eating and exercise regimen specifically designed for them, their habits, free hours and starting health and body mass. More than just an elective course, Andi has great commitment to his students and more than anything wants to help them live healthier and more fulfilled lives through a consistent and dedicated fitness regimen.

Pre-requisite course/s: PE 007 requires no prior study and is for anyone who wants to commit themselves to a healthy and fulfilling life of exercise and good eating.

Bond & Japan: How British & Japanese Cultures Mix (CUL 007)- Professor @4EverBonded will be teaching a course on the language, geography and collective culture of Japan, investigating how the eastern influences of the land clash or complement those of James Bond's. When Bond goes to Japan in the book and novel "You Only Live Twice," he is open to all kinds of fascinating traditions and cultural experiences that are unknown to a man of western birth and tradition, making for an exciting experience of enlightenment and growth. @4EverBonded leads a course that will guide students on a similar collision course with Japanese life and culture not unlike the one James Bond charts in the fictional realm.

The course will teach students fundamentals of the Japanese language and the history of cultural growth that has impacted the historical, political and geographic spheres of the land since its nascent origins. The course will endeavor to bring students closer to eastern ideas and practices and will conclude with a two week trip to Japan where @4EverBonded will guide them on a comprehensive tour of the kinds of traditions, locations and cultural touchstones she instructed them on in the term beforehand. Professor @4EverBonded holds that, while it is important for students to learn about Japan in a classroom environment, nothing beats experiencing it firsthand.

Pre-requisite course/s: 5 spots in this course are reserved for those students who are on track to get a degree in languages, history or journalism. Additionally, completion of CUL 007 doubles as both a Language and Eastern Studies course on the transcripts of students.

Behind the Wheel & Under the Hood: James Bond's Many Cars (MET 007)- James Bond University's resident and celebrated mechanic and car enthusiast @Mrcoggins will take students on a comprehensive study of the workings behind many of James Bond's most famous cars, from the Sunbeam Alpine, Toyota 2000GT and Lotus Esprit to the many variations of Aston Martin that have become a staple of the character's cinematic legacy. Study of the design and performance of the cars will be undergone with a focus on mechanical engineering, with students going from the classroom to the mechanic's shop to work firsthand on car models inspired by the real life vehicles James Bond himself drove.

Students will be graded on their technical craft and the performance of their car builds on James Bond University's racing track where each student created vehicle will be put through its paces by @Mrcoggins himself in rigorous tests of speed, braking, turning, traction and overall control. @Mrcoggins is excited to get behind the wheel of some of Bond's most famous cars, but is even more enthusiastic about making his students better mechanical engineers throughout the term.

Pre-requisite course/s: Students signing up for MET 007 must have also taken either Fundamentals of Engineering (MET 101) or Mechanical Studies (AMET 125). 15 spots in the course are reserved specifically for those students who are on track to get a degree in mechanical engineering.

It Reads Even Better Than it Lives: A Trip Through Ian Fleming's James Bond Novels (LIT 101)- Professor @Birdleson has created an elective course for James Bond University students built around the absorption and study of Ian Fleming's James Bond novels and short stories, with the ultimate goal of instructing his young pupils on the impact and importance of the character's literary legacy. The course will be built around the required reading of each James Bond novel and each short story, which Professor @Birdleson will run through in chronological order from "Casino Royale" to "The Man with the Golden Gun" as he and his students discuss the content of the books and the themes, messages and literary flourishes Fleming may've used in writing them.

Professor @Birdleson has asked us to caution students signing up for this course: it will be a demanding and expansive study of the life and written works of Ian Fleming as well as the different times in which he lived that could prove too triggering for those who are overly sensitive and unprepared to unflinchingly face the racism and sexism of that age. The course will therefore require pupils with above average commitment, work ethic and interest in the material at hand, with the ability to keep up with the demanded reading and writing as it is assigned. Slacking will not be tolerated and those who fail to make the required reading dates of each book will lose a letter grade for each offense. Professor @Birdleson takes this material very seriously and hopes to share his passion and fascination with Ian Fleming and his Bond novels with those of like mind.

Pre-requisite course/s: This course requires no prior study, but at least 5 spots are reserved for students on track to earning a degree in Literature Studies or Writing.

Fact & Fiction: Where Ian Fleming and His Literary Works Meet (LIT 007)- Instructor and Ian Fleming expert @Revelator will guide students of literature and writing on a crash course into the life and works of the creator of James Bond. Through extensive study into Fleming's pre and post Bond life, as well as a deep examination of his letters and novels, Professor @Revelator will instruct students about the many ways that the writer's own life experiences and personal pains and pleasures found their way into his world famous spy novels. Great emphasis will be placed upon how Fleming's own habits and traits found their way into his portrait of James Bond, such that it's difficult at times to tell where one begins and the other ends.

Students will be instructed by both lecture and assigned readings from the book "The Man with the Golden Typewriter" that collects Ian Fleming's many correspondences, and will be graded through a series of analytical essays where they will argue for different aspects of Fleming's life that connect to the fictional realm of James Bond he went on to create. Professor @Revelator hopes that students will come away from the course not only with a better understanding of James Bond and his literary legacy, but also of the legacy of its creator and the personal experiences that fueled his famous spy's adventures.

Pre-requisite course/s: No prior study is required for this course, though students who have signed up for Professor @Birdleson's LIT 101 will receive special consideration for entrance into the curriculum.

I would definitely give classes about the greatness of the forgotten Bonds George and Tim.

(And how they might in fact be closer to Fleming than the better known actors.)

He also hopes the University pays well, otherwise students are advised to include hard cash with their finals.

So what can you do with all this knowledge when you graduate? Can you actually become a part of the "Bond family", whether filmic or literary, or do you just become a professional fanboy?
