Blofeld retires!

A distant relation of Ernst Stavro, Henry Blofeld chose not to embroil himself in the bitterness of his cousin (twice removed) Ernst Stavro, regarding the relationship between James Bond and Ernst's father. Indeed it would have been all too easy for him to follow his cousin into a life of international organised crime. Instead Henry chose the rather more sedate career of cricket commentating. that he excelled in this field is well documented and his subsequent retirement means that he will be sadly missed by all cricket aficionados.
