This is for those news, that don't really have a home, so we don't need to open a new thread for every bit.

Both Bond girls will present at the Baftas on Sunday. DC is said to be there, too..but not confirmed. yet. B ut this is not the FINAL list.

And Judi Dench! I'd argue though this is worth it's own thread.

That why this is for all the stuff, that is NOT worth an own thread. I agree, this isn't. Its just the first post.

Empire has published the results of polls for the top 25 sexiest male and female characters in cinema. James Bond was voted 3rd sexiest male. (Jack Sparrow was voted 2nd and Aragorn was 1st.) Vesper Lynd was voted 9th sexiest female.

Here's what it says about James Bond:

    Profession Super spy
Played by Sean Connery; George Lazenby; Roger Moore; Timothy Dalton; Pierce Brosnan; Daniel Craig
In LOTS of films but especially Casino Royale (2006)
OK, we're going to make a big assumption here, based on some supporting evidence (quite a number of voters specified this answer) and some intuition, and focus on Daniel Craig's Casino Royale Bond. After all, he's virtually the only Bond who isn't a bit of a dick, who displays a degree of compassion towards the woman he's trying to shag (always a hot move) and who shows some sort of human feeling. All of these things – combined with his quick wit, impeccable style, good looks and big gun – combine to make him as attractive as he is. Do bear in mind, however, that statistics suggest you have a more than 50% chance of getting killed if you shag James Bond, so think carefully and decide whether it's worth it.
Moment of hotness Sitting in a shower with Eva Green's Vesper Lynd, calming her down after she witnesses him killing a bad'un.
Ideal chat up line "Hello, I'm female."
Any drawbacks? He doesn't deal well with a broken heart, turning into something of a bastard.

007 Twitter has tweeted of a "major" Skyfall presence tonight with Fiennes also being there.

They say the BBC3 coverage begins at 7:30pm, which even though we knew, may hint that they're going to interview the cast.

I suppose, there is some strategie behind that - at least with the girls. So hopefully, they will be able to tell something. I wonder, if DC will be there, there was some notion of his head on stick in 3rd row, but that means nothing much in the end.

You think we'll maybe get a REALLY teasing teaser at the BAFTA's? They're really hyping it up on FB and Twitter now..

Also.. Adele's first performance since her surgery will be at tonight's American Grammy Awards. I'll update if she sound up to check or not. ;) Luckily for me it airs before the BAFTA's, but I'm afraid I don't get the red carpet coverage here in the states. We'll see.

Well, people outside the UK can't see the red carpet show or the award ceremony on the BBC websites.

    Anyone got a working link?

I've found two websites with the same stream, but it says the stream is down :/ Has the red carpet coverage already started?

    No, not yet.

The coverage is only on until 8 o'clock, so 10 minutes left.

We won't see Jones until 9pm, UK time, when the event is braodcast. The BAFTAs are always slightly behind.

    I don't believe he's filmed any yet. I doubt a politician/possible M will have a beard. And David Arnold? Whose that? :P

Fiennes in fact, has filmed all his scenes so we're led to believe.

He's filmed some scenes according to various reports but maybe before growing his facial fur!
