Definite plans for St. Patrick's Day on Thursday, so you know, this weekend may be taking a wee backseat for that... ;)

Well, when you put it that way: I'll be working and writing an essay. No fun and games this weekend.

Well, tonight we have friends over for unsophisticated chat and some serious boozing.

Tomorrow I will wake up and promise never to do that again, ever. After that I have nothing more exciting planned than a haircut. =D>

    It's Friday night.

I did some house-cleaning and laundry...

I drank a glass of wine and my mom whipped up some pina coladas. I'm currently sitting here bored out of my mind. Just after 10 pm, central time.

Tomorrow I'm going to a marriage seminar at my church. I'm not married.

My life sounds pretty pathetic at the moment...,.

    Sounds good, my man.

If I get rid of the lurgie in time then on Sunday arvo I may meet up with an old friend I haven't seen in months and be introduced to his nine-month-old daughter. Which, in the words of The Fast Show's Mark Williams, would be nice... :)

Just finished setting XBMC to use MPC for video stream on my LED TV B-)
Now if only there was a way to do the same with the internet stream from MLB.TV via XBMC without using a stupid wrapper shell I'd be very happy!

I woke up feeling super thirsty... which was odd considering the amount of liquid I drank last night. I was fine while I was out... but looking back on my drunk facebooking last night has led me to believe that I should start adding mix or ice to my drinks. ;))

Well, my weekend starts the same every week. Mrs Nac and I have a rather nice meal. I then make some Italian coffee topped up with sambuca.
A bottle of red in front of the TV and maybe a glass of Jack Daniels. In other words Friday night is boozey night.
Saturday I have some garden furniture to paint and grass to mow if weather is ok. Friends in the evening.
Sunday - no plans beyond family lunch and newspapers
  • Tonight: With any luck I can pack the good wife off to gym & swim for a couple of hours, punt the kids off to bed a shade early and settle down for some online gaming..... GE2010, Bloodstone, AvP and L4D2..... in that order.....

Saturday: The hell that is the weekly Tesco's shop, followed by Halfords for some car roof-racks.....

Sunday: Mothers Day..... panda to the wife..... pay homage to my Mum..... Visit the Mother in law.... Happy, happy day......

Nothing that special, gotta place a big order tonight, Yankees play tomorrow, so that's that, and likely watching a flick with my bud Al on Sunday. Week-end is still week-end though!

Work. All weekend, until 3 AM. Because I have to go to school during the week. How awful.
  • I'm going to have a shag and this is where I'm going to get it. It's been a long time but it'll be my first shag, I've waited a long time, and maybe I'll only indulge myself on black tie events and watching Sherlock Holmes; J.Brett of course. It is a filthy habit and not good for your health but I reckon a shag three times a year is ok.

Well, when you get married it's about as much as you can expect, believe me.

So, 3 times sounds acceptable....to me anyway
