Just made a PNG of the logo if you're still interested. Remember to save it- copying it won't work.

@0Brady0Bondfanatic7 screenshots from a youtube video on 720p fullscreen. Hahahahaha.

Here's my computer background I made, also from the QoS credits:

Very nice! Wasn't it you who made two posters using pictures taken from QoS? They were grainy things but worked beautifully with the black poster.

^ Yea, one was a "I Never Left" poster,

and the other M's head was kinda big. But hey. Paint can only do so much.

Yeah, it is hard to find good programs. But I have to say I downloaded GIMP last night and it is just like Photoshope but absolutely free, no hussle, and more straightforward. I recommend downloading it. Just Google 'GIMP' and select the download corresponding to your PC or Mac. I'm going to look for videos and how to use it and get going on more refined Bond fan art. Good luck to you if you choose to download it.
    ;)

^ I'll give it a shot later. Have to papers to write :-w No time to learn.

But here's another for now. Worked on these for the past week or so. I used 'Autumn 2012' instead of Fall, well because it would have read "Skyfall, even if the skies fall, fall 2012" and that's just odd.

    EDIT: Also from QoS :P

Surprisingly enough shots from the QoS theme work beautifully as posters. Who would have thunk it??

I know! I'm all out though. So we'll see what I come up with next. But the red one that looks like sparks is my favorite :)

The CR credits really aren't helpful for anything not card game based ;)

Well, there may be poker in Skyfall, so there is a chance of it...

Another one, with the image from GQ magazine. I cut his hair for him, though :P

I've spent the past week making a comic based on the upcoming film, just for fun. I chose to make it more humorous than serious. Each month, I'll try to upload a few more pages. Here's what I've done so far. Enjoy!

I was considering it (and I still can), but I thought it would be more fun to scatter it amongst everyone else's awesome work. Thanks for the comments. :)

@QBranch, you dog! That was brilliant! You cropped the photos in their so well, and it was absolutely hilarious. Do more! Please?!

Cheers :D I'm glad you enjoyed it. I'll get to work straight away!
  • I don't know how you put it all together but it really looks like something, some of these fan arts really are impressive. Are they really that difficult to do though? I was looking at the last one for instance and I just thought 'blow me, I could never do that etc'

    @Baltimore_007

I use Photoshop CS3 for my work. I've used this program for 3 years now, and I'm still learning new tricks. Cutting out individual objects from a photo can take time, as there's no perfect way to select and separate an object from it's background. However, I find the most difficult thing is figuring out the positioning of each image within the poster. If something doesn't feel right, then it usually isn't. I'll alter a poster many times before I show it to anyone else.
  • It really does sound a bit complicated, hell, it even looks complicated from some of the work seen here

I'm still on such basics as Youtube and simple picture inclusions, a long way off from some of the excellent work put forth here, I don't know, maybe motivation plays a part here, or lack thereof, but one day I may get some pieces done and have no shame in how it presents itself. I feel I may get involved with Photoshop some time soon just to get my head round it, have a few attempts and you never know, one day my work could be presented here in all its' glory (or abject failure) etc and other locations

Until then, I'll think I'll let others keep up the good work and just look on in admiration (and a little frustration even). Some really stand out work here the last few weeks

That's really impressive @QBranch! I look forward to reading more soon.

Side note, can the thread title be changed to 'Skyfall Fan Art'?
