    In a recent interview with Roger Deakins Variety asks him if he has seen anything from SPECTRE

    VARIETY - And finally, I’m curious if you’ve seen anything from “Spectre.”

    ROGER DEAKINS - No, no. I did watch one of the trailers quite some time ago. Maybe it was the first trailer. It looked really good. It’s going to be interesting, I think, to see where Sam [Mendes] has taken the story, actually.

    Madeleine Swann is so gonna be my favourite Bond Girl after Spectre comes out. I can just tell from the clips we saw of her from the music video.

    Definitely. The playfulness of it...these human moments add a lot to the characters and film.

    the more images that get released the more exciting this film becomes. There are some shots that are very reminiscent of David Lean. Epic, grandiose. Mendes has certainly a great eye for composition.

    Admittedly, the footage featured in the music video looks a lot better than the same shots in the trailers. I wonder if the grade is going to be closer to what we saw there.

    The song works much better in its shortened form, too.

    It's a great final trailer but only 1:15? I thought full trailers were 3 minutes. It's more of a teaser.

    Teasers are usually 1-2 minutes, theatricals are 2:30, very few are 3 minutes or more, finals are any length between 1 and 2:30. Hunger Games finals are all 1 minute.

    We should be glad this trailer is just over a minute long. Go back and watch the CR trailer, it's like they somehow truncated the whole movie in the 2 odd minute trailer.
