A friend of mine introduced me to a cool website called 'Cuddle Clones' - a place where you can send photos of a beloved pet and they will recreate it as a stuffed animal!
When Whiskey died last year we all took it pretty hard, especially my girlfriend- so I secretly ordered one for her (and me, who am I kidding)
It took a while-- I ordered it before Christmas and it finally showed up yesterday- but it was worth the wait!

I had it mailed to my parents house to be safe ( I don't trust the neighbors, lol) and when I opened it at their house, their crabby old cat HISSED at it! :D

My other cat isn't quite sure what to think of it.

They aren't cheap ($200 X_X ) but I figured it would be something to keep forever, and a nice tribute to a loved pet. Best of all, one day when I have kids 'Whiskey' will be their stuffed animal and when they're older I'll be able to tell them that it was based off a real cat I had! :x

I can't believe I forgot to post a picture of Westley! Named after this dude:

    dread-pirate-roberts.png

That name was my girlfriends idea- I wanted to name him Keaton, since he's all black

    Untitled-183.jpg

...but Westley has grown on me and I think it's the better choice. Anyway, we got him a few months after Whiskey's unfortunate passing, since my other cat REALLY missed having a playmate. These two are inseparable!

He even loves driving! (Check out the Pirate harness!)

I had a black cat named Gracie ...looked exactly the same. She was inseparable from the pug. When the pug died Gracie whom was just normal nothing apparently wrong...suddenly stopped eating and passed away two weeks after the pug.

Btw Gracie was 21 years old when she passed.

Funny, isn't it, that Bond fans seem to prefer cats? This thread contains mostly cats, a few dogs here and there and even one spider.

@Master_Dahark, I would consider you a madman if you didn't head out right this second to get another cat and christen him Inigo.

He's called Eddie. I do like to think of him as being Snowy. He's a scamp.

The ginger fella is our boy Clarence only recently had his 10th Birthday, the tabby one is his sister Alabama who we unfortunately lost just over 2 years ago to kidney failure aged nearly 8.

He's a cheeky thing but very sociable and likes a lap to sit on, quite demanding as well but my Wife and I love him to bits and very much miss our baby girl.

Strange really when I was younger I was bought up with dogs and never really had much of a thing for cats but my Wife had one when we met and then we got these 2 around 2005 a year after he died.

I've always been a dog person myself, and find it hard to trust cat people. ;) My family's dog was a cocker spaniel named Ike that lived to around age 17-18, dying when I was 9 or 10. Quite a fighter, he was, and the handsomest dog I've ever seen to this day.

@RC7, Eddie's a beautiful dog. I remember you sharing pictures of the two of you before and loving the look of him. What breed is he?

Very beautiful dog, indeed, @RC7! I'm also a dog person, can't help but love each and every one of them. I turn into a totally different person when I'm around dogs, I treat them like babies. Can't be helped.

Thanks mate (and you @Creasy47) he's a Jack Russell, although he's quite distinctive in that he doesn't have particularly stubby legs and is mainly white, save a black heart on one ear. He'll be 12 a week after SP is released, but is still very sprightly.

I can't ever take to cats and have lived for as long as I have memories with one or two boxer dogs. - just this one breed nothing else for me though I admire dogs, more specifically the gentle giants like Dane, mastiff, st Bernards DdB and Such like though Doberman, Wiemaraner, Vizsla and Rotties are similarly short coated colourful and athletic/muscular in appearance.

After the sad loss of my Harvey, I am lucky to adopt a new youngster who is also named Ike - a cool name I like and have never seen used before reading your post Brady.

My Ike on the front with Henry behind:

Both are passed on now, the former from cancer, the latter from old age. It's incredible how dogs really do become a man's best friend.

Beautiful dogs, @jake24! The smaller one looks a lot like my dog, who is also known as the most spoiled princess in history. She's a sweetie, though, and deserves every second of it.
