  I seem to recall a bit from Never Say Never Again where Connery gives this guy a bomb device thing in a broom cupboard or something and 'if he moves an inch he will be served in egg cup'
  
  although NSNA is not an Official Bond Movie, could this be the answer though, it would fit in as a plausible answer
