    3 Days To Kill on blu-ray. I must be the only one but I really liked this movie.

    THE AMAZING SPIDERMAN 2
    Not watched it yet, but I caught the run in the theatre. Not sure why the new films get so much heat. I like them better than the Raimi films. I will take any X-Men film over any Spiderman film, though.

    It's just the dodgy narrative structure is all.

    I can see your point, but it is not like the Raimi films were so much better in that department. Well, maybe the first, but the third was disastrous.

    You know, I missed that in the theatre and blind-bought it when it was released. I watched it with a handful of friends, each of us with a *hint* of alcohol in us, lol. Having said that, we all found it hilarious and awesome. 8-}

    I'm home sick today- I should give it another watch with a clear head and see what I think.

    Raimi made sure the motivations were there, Webb seems to gloss over that minor stuff to get to the action.

    Maybe so. You have to love the Stan Lee cameo in TASM 1, though. :))

    i'm planning to buy that.

    Just watching the first film, it is a bit grainy at time with interior shots. Though the exterrnal shots look very good. Was only £12 for the box set, reasonably priced.

    I just bought the first one, and watched it the other night. It looked great, but I never noticed that grain you speak of on the DVD... higher def hath it little problems, eh?

    Indeed, though grain is not to bad to be honest its not that distracting. Lost world looked incredibly sharp, its a silly movie though fun and the Dinosaurs the star of the show. One thing I will say for two blockbusters that are 20 years old, they have something the blockbusters don't have a great deal of today... Tension and suspence.

    Wish I had bought it instead of buying films separately. The captains summit is a great bonus feature.
