How about a Ian Fleming Bond game ?

Recently I got the idea of a Bond game based on the novels of Fleming. A couple of games which follow the books would be great . Imagine starting off as a rookie a couple years before Casino Royale and becoming 007 . But I thought that they should borrow some ideas from the films . Like locations , gadgets and action sequences . Yet still following the books closer than the films did . Nothing too fantastic . And In the correct order. Sort of like how the Casino Royale book was adapted into a film , keeping the plot with more interesting events.

This idea....just won't work. There is no cash flow in this. First of all, not many James Bond fans have read the books. Game developers are in the business to make money, not give charity. No demand = no sales. It's that simple. You saw how hard 007 Legends flopped...lost a ton of money on that one. No demand? Good luck raising the capital to get the idea off the ground. You need a marketing pitch to raise capital first and foremost going forward.
