    This is way too cryptic, clue 7 may suggest different literary (by author) or film (by actor) Bonds. Your Portuguese answer and the Christmas song point towards OHMSS and Lazenby. "No master bond" points to the poem Tracy recites to Blofeld ("Thy dawn, oh master of the world..."), but I just can't figure out the slivery customer or any of clues 1-4. This is driving me crazy!

    @Zebrafish The Portuguese answer is between 7&8 Not 6&7 thats the only time theres a cryptic clue.

    Because of the confusion i have a clue i didn't use, I'll do this tomorrow,

    As according to the rules set out by Saunders on page one, I'm guessing the character is from the EON film series and not a literary character?

    I don't know who started this topic on the old forum but it has always been one of my favourites and I thought we should restart it here, for any new members struggling with the complexity of the confusing title, it's actually very easy to play you just have to guess from the clues who the film character is, they can be either a major or minor character but must of appeared in the EON franchise, if you guess correctly you get to choose the next character. I think we should go along the lines of adding an additional clue every 24 hours to stop the thread/topic/discussion or whatever we call these blasted things nowadays, from drying up.
