Quantum Returns ?

I was just thinking , what's the probability of 'Quantum' actually returning .Quantum Of Solace was not received very well by the critics.Eon will most likely want to sever all ties with that movie and Quantum was at the heart of the movie.

Now that being said....
if you go to any Bond board including this many people talk about Quantum returning and give their interpretation of how Bond 24's and 25'ths plot will revolve around the shady organisation , its clear that the fans would welcome them with open arms and why wouldn't they ?
It says something about the modern world and how influential figures work and in this case infiltrate deep levels of the government.

Now the whole 'Quantum' concept must have been deviced by P&W , now with them replaced by Logan,
What's the probability of actually seeing the return of Quantum ?
