I should track down the original CBS/FOX VHS version just to compare the color timing.
I watched that tape endlessly when I was a kid.

I love scenes that take place at a border crossing. Dalton looks extremely cool here as Koskov makes his escape.

Last week I returned my remote work equipment. I never bothered to use it. Most people seem to prefer to work from home, especially on snow days. My philosophy is:
James Bond doesn't work from home............and James Bond NEVER calls out on snow days.

I love that we get a great snow scene in this film.

I saw this Bond 7 times in the summer. The cinema was a luxury theater in it's last years. Back in it's heyday would've been glamorous. Had an enormous auditorium and high balcony which actually made the screen seem a bit small. I always caught a matinee. Great atmosphere for this film. The cinema sadly closed three years later and became a Banana Republic retail store. :(

Out of deep respect for the cup of coffee Bond sips at the Cafe Prater, I'm having a cup of coffee, too.

I love the brief rooftop chase. Dalton keeps the top several buttons of his shirt open, because Bond wears his shoulder holster over his bare chest here.

I always liked Bond's beige outfit during these scenes. Casual Bond. Wally Cleaver Bond.
