An adaption of "The Seven Dials Mystery".
I remember reading the novel as a kid. I really enjoyed it, until the resolution, which disappointed me.
Well, I was wrong : Poirtot's appartment is indeed in London, more precisely at Charterhouse Square in Smithfield :
The building is named Florin Court :

It also appears in Pennyworth and the movie See how they run, which also has ties to Dame Agatha. I may pay it a visit the next time I'm in London, if I have he time, and more importantly if I can go back there.
