They’re all based on AVTAK? :)) What an oddity.

They were released at the same time as AVTAK as Find Your Own Fate style books to help peomote the film. Some of them were original adventures too, though all based somewhat around AVTAK. Future Goosebumps author R. L. Stine wrote the Win, Place or Die one. Interesting too how John Gardner later went on to title one of his Bond novels Win, Lose or Die (1989). I think Mark Edlitz goes into more detail on these books in his book The Lost Adventures of James Bond (2020).

I like Win, Lose or Die as a title. Unfortunately, they're unlikely to use it.

There have been a few decent suggestions in this thread, and coming up with a good title is a bit harder than it looks.

My favorite potential titles are still Risico and Once Upon a Spy. I'm a sucker for titles that begin with "Once Upon". To me, they signal that I'm going to experience the quintessential story within a certain subject matter, in this case, Bond. After they decide on that title, they just have to go ahead and make the quintessential Bond film. Nothing difficult, I'm sure.

Once Upon A Spy would have been a good title for NTTD (even though I know it was intended for SF). It's perhaps the best of the non-Fleming-penned titles.

A current dream is to produce (and star in, of course ;) ) a loose adaption of Eidolon… so maybe that’ll be the next Bond film? Lol
And before you ask, yes, I am British…

I'm quite sure you wouldn't be on these forums if that was true.... ;-)

James Bond in "Way back with Paloma".

Staying away from al lthe death-related titles, I'd be interested in something like
"the desert's rain". I think, like QoS, you can interpret it in many ways. Just don't call the organisation 'Desert' if you use the title, EON.

How about this unused Fleming title:
    The Undertaker's Wind?

I'd only read the title suggested here, I didn't know it was actually from an unused Skyfall draft. That's fantastic. I hope they go back to it in the future, and at least now there's a realistic chance of that.

I do agree it would've fit NTTD, especially considering the very last scene.

I always liked Benson's 'Zero Minus Ten'. It has urgency, it rolls off the tongue alright, and has a Z in it, therefore it must be cool. Still, continuation story, so unlikely.

How about a title that plays with Bond's psychology?
    - A Broken Duality
    - The Cracking Shell
    - An Assasin's Mind
    - An Uncertain Morality
