From Russia With Love
Julie Mendez (Belly dancer in opening credits)

Goldfinger
Margaret Nolan (The famed golden girl everyone Bond fan knows)

Thunderball
Micky De Rauch, Christina Hayward ((nee Morse) the girl with ponytail swimming downwards with a red backdrop), Jean McGrath, Billie Bates and Rani Dube (Swimming girls)

You Only Live Twice
Sylvana Henriques (Silhouette fan dancer)
Mai Ling ( Japanese girl with traditional geisha hair)
Kiyomi Kobayashi (Only her face is shown for a brief moment)

Diamonds Are Forever:
Melita Clarke (Seen only with her face, partially shaded with jewels on her forehead)

Live and Let Die
Jodi Flynn (Brunette with long hair and gun on flaming background, only side view)

The Man with the Golden Gun
Wei Wei Wong (The first model you see in the titles)

The Spy Who Loved Me
Anna Noble (Brunette, One of the girls with a gun)
Carolyn Cheshire (Blonde, Another girl with a gun, also later appears in The Man With The Golden Gun as the dancing girl with the sparking red background)
Perri Small (Penelope Smallbone, possibly the blonde holding the Tommy gun)

For Your Eyes Only
Sheena Easton (Only singer in titles)
Mary Stavin (Blonde, possibly her on the last frame? Or one of the silhouettes)

Octopussy
Ann Jackson (Blonde girl laying down with gun shooting laser away from herself)

A View to Kill
Toni White (Girl unzipping jacket)
Jilly Johnson (Dancing girl on scope, highlighted in red)
Caroline Hallett (Girl on skis)

The Living Daylights
Catrina Skepper (Girl with shades and gun, also shows up at the end on a martini cup)

License to Kill
Diana Lee-Hsu (Asian, dancing like a ballet, jumping on cue with gunshot, also later seen wearing transparent clothing on a casino backdrop, also plays Loti, the narcotics agent in the film as well)

Goldeneye
Moni , Nikki Grosse, and Vanessa Lee (Found through Art of the Title's credits for Goldeneye. They are the 3 silhouette dancers, though good luck trying to find them because I have no idea of their identities unless someone's got a clue maybe?)
Natasha Wightman (The face in the intro, girl attracting Bond's attention at sickle)
Lidja  (Russian, The Janus head)

Tomorrow Never Dies:
Timna Woollard (Not really a model, but did reference/concept for the CG circuit girl which you can find on her portfolio)

The World is Not Enough
Heidi Carr (The dripping eyes? Silhouette dancer)

Die Another Day
Jacqui Ainsley (One of the firey elements)
Sarilya/Sarllya Tyi/Tymarah (As the woman overseeing Bond's torture)
Aiko Horuichi (Aiko's eyes are shown during midway through the credits, as they wanted an evil stare similar to Tymarah's character overseeing Bond's torture. I was lucky to get that information as the website containing that info is now long gone)

Quantum of Solace
Jessica Grist (The 1st girl rising from the dunes on the rising sun backdrop, sand dancers)
Franky Wedge (One of the silhouette/sand dancers)

Skyfall
Ekaterina/Katya Zalitko (Nude woman rising upward, and one of the dancers in the inverted mirror sequence)
Charlotte Edwards & Natasha Lambelin (played as the other dancers in the mirrored negative sequence)
Jarah Mariano (Girl with gun pointed at screen)

Spectre
Mercedes Schindler (Blonde mirrored girl dancing with only backside shown in the intro)
Pip Phillips (Blonde girl near Bond near the end of the opening credits, last girl to appear with inky hair)
Jasmine Takacs (Girl in octopus sequence)
Ellen Claire Sutherland (Multiple eyes during title sequence)

Unknown/Unconfirmed
Kim Mills (I hear it's probably Octopussy she showed up dancing around there, though this could be false)
Corrine Russell (Unknown silhouette from Octopussy?)

Feel free to update this listing!
Btw here's some rare reels containing the title shoots for Goldeneye:

It would be great if someone can find those lost reels!

Impressive list, @AI2I. A couple of my initial thoughts (SF, others) checked out.

For updates I suggest you edit your original post to keep the list complete, using the little gear icon upper right.

You could consider DAD and the performer known as Sarilya/Sarllya Tyi/Tymarah for the Scorpion Guard that transitions from the film to the titles.

Got it. In fact you've just reminded me of another actress that I forgot to post on DAD, which I've already updated.

Thanks @AI2I. This is an impressive level of research. As I stated in another thread, someone should interview them to get their recollections on what these sessions were like. ^:)^

    PS. OHMSS??

    A couple items to note.

LTK where you mention Diane Lee-Hsu, she has among the clearest (and surely most total number of) appearances in the titles shown below in addition to your descriptions of dancing, etc. And appears in the film as character Loti: SHE'S HONG KONG NARCOTICS!

TMWTGG: also for consideration, Wei Wei Wong is uncredited but reportedly appears in the titles opening, then after. Plus as the Bottoms Up Girl in the film.

What I want to know is : Who's the gymnast ? Because she certainly has talent (and her inclusion was probably due to the 1976 Olympics where Nadia Comaneci brought gymnastics on the forefront.

Oh, and CR '06 has one woman : Eva Green, as the queen of hearts. Blink and you'll miss her.

    You Only Live Twice
    Sylvana Henriques (Silhouette fan dancer)
Mai Ling ( Japanese girl with traditional geisha hair)

Sylvana Henriques. Looking it up, as stated she appears in the YOLT titles (Japanese Fan Dancer, silhouette) and also in OHMSS (as The Jamaican Girl). Successful model of the day with credits in Kaleidoscope, Deadlier Than the Male. Active at Bond-related gatherings as happen at Piz Gloria.

IMDb also suggests: Kiyomi Kobayashi (as Title Geisha).

Hey guys, been awhile. I did some digging again and I found out who was with Charlotte Edwards during the Skyfall titles given her name was a clue and she's blonde. Her name's Natasha Lambelin, and both of them were very likely the negative/mirrored dancers in the middle of the sequence. It's been updated.
