    1. Some people might joke that Bond got what he deserved for that affront.
    2. Nine years later and the joke's on you Mr. Bond.
    3. So far, Bond outlived two of us.
    4. George and Phil would disagree.
    5. 1953 is the key.
    6. A night at the opera seems to be more Bond’s cup of tea.
    7. Globetrotting is not exclusively reserved for secret agents and arch-villains.
    8. Reputations are easily damaged above certain temperatures.

    Incorrect:
    Alec Trevelyan
    Carlos Nikolic
    Cemetery Attendant (NTDD)
    Dom Pérignon
    Kratt
    Oddjob
    Patrice
    Paul McCartney

You finally got it @Birdleson !

"My dear girl, there are some things that just aren't done, such as drinking Dom Perignon '53 above the temperature of 38 degrees Fahrenheit. That's just as bad as listening to the Beatles without earmuffs"

    1. Some people might joke that Bond got what he deserved for that affront.
Bond gets knocked out seconds after making that jab.
    2. Nine years later and the joke's on you Mr. Bond.
An ex-Beatle would compose and perform a Bond theme song.
    3. So far, Bond outlived two of us.
    John and George.
    4. George and Phil would disagree.
Messrs Martin and Spector, of course.
    5. 1953 is the key.
    Dom Pérignon.
    6. A night at the opera seems to be more Bond’s cup of tea.
Doubtful that Bond would be seen at a rock concert.
    8. Globetrotting is not exclusively reserved for secret agents and arch-villains.
The Beatles, like every successful rock band, toured all over the world.
    8. Reputations are easily damaged above certain temperatures.
    Anything above 38 degrees Fahrenheit.

Here we go. Unnamed EON character with no dialogue.

    Clues:
    1. It is unclear whether I live or die, or even the degree of danger I was actually in.
    2. My clothing seems to be pretty standard issue around here.
    3. No dialogue does not mean that I don't yell out in surprise and fear when appropriate.

    4. Nice view.
    5. Bond is on his way to get laid when he encounters me.

    Incorrect Guesses:
    Bath-O-Sub Operator
    Guard at Curling (OHMSS)
    Casino Patron (CR)

    Thanks @Birdleson
The whole getting laid clue is what I first thought of.

    Anywho. Unnamed character with dialogue.

    1. Bond encounters me on his way to get laid (also)
    2. I was the only one to confront Bond about this particular situation.

Well that lasted all of 4 minutes @R1s1ngs0n

It is the construction worker from DN whom Bond quips about being on their way to a funeral.
