In what way did Ian Fleming appear to predict the choice of actor to play one of his villains on screen, many years before it actually happened?

Was it Lee as Scaramanga because they were related?

Nope. This is something Fleming either wrote or said.

My guess would have been Orson Welles as I can't imagine many other of them he'd even have heard about, but I can't think of him ever mentioning him.

Helicopters feature prominently in all but two of the (EON) Bond films to date.
    Can you name them both?

I can say that the films feature two different Bond actors. They are also not consecutive.

OK, let me give some massive aid. It is two films.

The Living Daylights as the solider who shoots Bond then calls “Hang on, you’re dead.”

He also played Franz Oberhausers chauffeur on Spectre, though I believe the scene was cut.

    Do those count?

I think one of the SAS soldiers in TLD shows up as an AED terrorist in TWINE.

Concerning something Bond uses the following films are absent of something
DN, GF, TB, DAF, TMWTGG, MR, FYEO, AVTAK, TLD, LTK, TND, TWINE, DAD and QOS
What is missing from the above films?
    Should be fairly easy methinks.

Told you it wouldn't last long.
It is indeed trains are featured in all the other films.
    Over to you @mtm

Okay, on the same sort of theme concerning Bond's use of things, AVTAK is the only film he doesn't use... what?

    I guess I lost my...train of thought.

I think it's AVTAK he doesn't use his PPK.

That is assuming we're not including NSNA, where he doesn't carry one at all.

Shooting at MayDay during the Eiffel tower chase.

    Not those, sorry.

I will say it is contentious in that there is one other film where it seems unclear as to whether he also possibly doesn't use this thing, but he does :)

Bond doesn't use a gun as a (successful) killing device?
