    I liked SPECTRE as a title. I remember Raymond Benson's Bedside Companion Bond book mentioning McClory had put an ad in Variety which announced a sequel to NSNA. It was going to be called SPECTRE.

    With all the media attention on Nomi's 007, I was thinking it would be funny if Eon brought back Fleming's unused title for FYEO and called B25: MAN'S WORK.

    I am thinking more and more that THE PROPERTY OF A LADY is an appropriate title with all the rumours that are flying, and now even more so with the report of
    Birgitte Millar returning as Dr Vogel, maybe as the head of SPECTRE in Blofeld s absence?

    SP sounds cool.

    SP is one of the most common and famous words affiliated in the Bond world.

    SP in the context of the movie has a double meaning that makes the title deeper than just a generic Bondian one-world title. It also reflects the glooming look and feel of the film.

    Great choice.

    We all know the usual suspects Risico, Shatterhand, you name it. We have all seen them suggested. But what about something fresh.

    But I have wrote up a list of Ian Fleming inspired titles I would like to see. I have had these saved up for a while, still waiting to see them get used on a movie. Some are titles he thought ip but did not use and some are chapter titles or a turn of phrase from a book. I hope you like them too and consider them for Bond 25.

    Death Leaves an Echo
    Iron Crab
    Property of a Lady
    State of Excitement
    The Rough with the Smooth
    Seven Deadlier Sins
    Blunt Instrument
    Birds of the West Indies
    Five Secret Occasions in the Life of James Bond

    I think it’s time for a long title again. It’s been 20 years since we had a one. Based on what we know about Bond 25 I reckon Birds of the West Indies and Property of a Lady or Last and the Biggest would be good picks for Bond 25 ay. What do you all think :)

    I don’t think a lot of the chapter titles work for the modern Bond films, but Death Leaves an Echo is quite effective.
